Pour un athlète mineur, la PWFL demande l'autorisation parentale.
Le requérant est obligé lors de la signature de sa demande de licence de présenter sa carte d'identité voire son passeport voire sa carte de la sécurité sociale au responsable du club affilié.
Le requérant ayant opter pour une licence de compétition doit se présenter au médico sportif dans les 30 jours à venir.
Par le envoie de la demande le requérant accepte en même temps les règles et critères de la fédération pour le volet de l'Anti-Dopage et pour le code sportif de la fédération.

For minor athletes, the PWFL requires parental authorization.
When signing the license application, the applicant must present their ID card, passport, or social security card to the affiliated club manager.
Applicants who have opted for a competition license must undergo a sports medical examination within the next 30 days.
By submitting the application, the applicant simultaneously accepts the federation's rules and criteria for Anti-Doping and the federation's sports code.
