Rules for using the PWFL platform

These Terms of Service govern access to the Powerlifting Weightlifting Federation Luxembourg (PWFL) Records Tracker. By using the platform, you agree to these terms and to comply with Luxembourg law.

1. Acceptance and scope

Access to and use of the platform is conditioned on acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Some features may require authentication or verification.

2. Service overview

  • Track and display national powerlifting and weightlifting records
  • Manage competition results and athlete information
  • Facilitate athlete registration and club membership
  • Provide competition and federation management tools

3. Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Notify us promptly of unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for activity under your account

PWFL may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.

4. User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
  • Attempt to access systems without authorization
  • Disrupt platform operations or security
  • Use the platform for unlawful or abusive conduct

5. Competition records and results

All records displayed are subject to verification by PWFL officials. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the absence of errors. Participation in PWFL-sanctioned events implies consent to the public display of results, records, and related information on this platform.

6. Intellectual property

The platform’s design, graphics, and content are owned by PWFL or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our trademarks without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content, and we do not warrant that the platform will meet every specific requirement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PWFL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PWFL, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

10. Updates and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes become effective upon publication. These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
